Red Oak's Services
Red Oak asks that you have your carts out the night before your scheduled service day. Having your trash out the night before will help cut down on service issues. Our route service time fluctuates due to volume of trash, traffic, time of day, and services offered. This is why we cannot guarantee an exact time for pickup, however, your pick up will come on your service day, or Red Oak will notify you.

Bulk Item Removal
Before you consider throwing away an item, please consider if someone in need can use it. We have neighbors in need that are struggling through circumstances outside of their control. You might be surprised what they need, particularly the Women's Shelters. Please see the link: Neighbors Helping Neighbors below on our website. Even your old silverware and dishes are treasures, as well as, toys.
Red Oak offers the option of bulk item removal. Bulk items must be called in and scheduled for pickup. Items not called in will be left at the curb. Please use discretion as some bulk items may need to be broken down, or may not be considered bulk items. Call client services for rates and availability.
Some bulk items such as white goods and appliances can be recycled. Red Oak is unable to accept refrigerators, and other such larger items, so please consider using our affiliate listed for removal of these items.
A bulk item is non-household waste that does not fit into the supplied trash container. E.g. boxes of stuff, bikes, furniture, appliances that do not contain Freon or any other gasses, mattresses, box springs, grills, boxes of books or magazines, rugs, carpets, toilets, etc. This does not include construction debris, or items from remodels.
For an alternative solution, contact our Bulk Item Trusted Affiliate, Carefree Salvage. Jerry from Carefree Salvage offers bulk item removal, yard clean up, construction debris removal, and a list of other such services that residential sanitation companies do not. Call Jerry at: 470-302-0064.
